Honorio pulls your sessions from a calendar or straight from your booking platform, turns them into invoice lines and hands you a finished PDF. At the end of the month that's two minutes instead of half an hour.
Writing invoices is free — unlimited, as a complete PDF. A small “Created with Honorio” line sits at the bottom; Premium turns it off.
“Last month” is one tap. Honorio fetches every session from the calendar or feed you chose.
“Pilates group class = €45”, €60 on Sundays, €50 at the second studio. Set up once, automatic ever after.
Two sessions on the same day merge into one line marked “(2×)” — the way you would have written it anyway.
Sequential number, VAT-exemption note, bank details. Ready to forward.
On first launch Honorio asks what you do — and sets exemptions, sample texts and templates to match. You can change it any time.
Pilates, yoga, fitness, dance
Your schedule lives in Eversports or a calendar. Honorio turns it into the monthly statement for the studio — mileage for the trip there included.
Doctors, therapists, midwives, speech therapists
The healthcare VAT exemption is built in and appears verbatim on the invoice — regardless of turnover. Appointments come from Acuity, Calendly or your practice calendar.
Lecturers, course leaders, tutors, music teachers
A semester full of single appointments? Price rules per subject and location, one summary line per day — and the teaching exemption is one tap away.
Musicians, authors, translators, photographers, journalists
Gigs, texts, photo series: free-form lines are just as quick to write by hand — free without limits, on a sheet that suits your work.
Lawyers, tax advisors, expert witnesses, board members
Sequential numbers without gaps, reverse charge, the client's VAT ID where the law demands it — the formalities are right before the PDF leaves the house.
IT, architecture, care, consulting
Whether you bill by the session or by flat fee: Honorio starts with a blank sheet and your country's mandatory details — the rest is up to you.
Flip the switch and every tax field locks, with the legal exemption note printed automatically. You cannot accidentally charge VAT.
Every imported session is remembered. If two periods overlap, it simply doesn't show up the second time.
If a legally required detail is missing, Honorio tells you — before the invoice reaches your client, not after.
Pick your own format, counters per year. The number is only assigned when you finalise — discarded drafts leave no gap.
Without an account, everything stays on your device. With one, your invoices are encrypted on your device before they leave it — the key is derived from your password and never reaches us. Our server stores gibberish.
And it doesn't pretend to be one. For cash payments it points out your receipt obligations, nothing more.
Photograph the receipt, add amount and purpose — done. Photos are shrunk, encrypted and follow you to your next device. Your accountant gets the list and receipts bundled, as CSV or via a share link.
Set your home address and your usual route once — then one tap logs the round trip, or it fills in automatically from your schedule. Official rates, annual total, CSV. Logging is a Premium feature; viewing and exporting stay free.
Apple Watch and Wear OS watches show the next open trip — logging it is one tap, phone stays in your bag.
Honorio also runs in the browser — with an account, so iPhone, Android and your computer show the same data. Form on the left, the finished sheet on the right, updating as you type.
Your password becomes a key on your device. Your invoices are encrypted with it before they reach us. We couldn't open them if we wanted to.
One read-only link covering a whole year, no account needed on their side. The key lives in the link itself and never reaches our server. Revoking works instantly.
Lost your device? Sign in and everything is back. The price of encryption: there is no password reset — which is why you get a printable recovery key when you create the account.
The subscription is tied to your account, not your device — bought in a store or here on the website, it works everywhere. The app interface is currently in German; your invoices, though, already speak seven languages.
What must appear on an invoice is decided by law — not by the design. All seven templates carry the same details; they just look different. Two are free, the rest belong to Premium. The invoice itself can be issued in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch or Polish — chosen per invoice.
Six accent colours, your logo, a free-form footer for register numbers and jurisdiction.
Almost every studio and practice system gives you a subscription link to your own schedule. That is exactly what Honorio reads — no partner contract, no API key, no second account anywhere. You'll find the link in your profile under “Subscribe to calendar”.

That's €2.50 a month — here on the website. On the App Store and Google Play: €34.99.
Here on the website. In the stores: €3.99.
Prices include VAT. The subscription is tied to your Honorio account: bought on the website it works in the apps too — and vice versa. The website is cheaper because no store commission applies; payment there runs through Stripe, in the apps through the App Store or Google Play.
Mandatory invoice details, small-amount invoices, the small-business VAT schemes with their 2025 thresholds, healthcare and teaching exemptions, reverse charge — plus the Swiss QR-bill payment part. The annual turnover view warns you before you cross a threshold.
Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland are researched and built in as country profiles — but none is unlocked yet, and we'll tell you honestly why: Italy, Belgium and Poland require structured e-invoicing (SdI, Peppol, KSeF), where a PDF no longer counts for B2B; Spain requires certified invoicing software (VeriFactu); France follows from September 2027. The realistic next candidate is the Netherlands.
Honorio keeps to the formal requirements but does not replace tax advice. Responsibility for each individual invoice stays with you. That sentence appears in the app, too.
No. Writing invoices by hand is free without limits, and the PDF is complete — every mandatory detail, no watermark across the sheet. A grey “Created with Honorio” line sits at the bottom. Premium saves you the typing, logs your mileage and removes that line.
Yes. Each invoice can be issued in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch or Polish — an Italian studio gets a FATTURA, billed under your country's law. The app interface itself is currently in German.
Because no store commission applies here: €29.99 instead of €34.99 a year, €3.49 instead of €3.99 a month. You need a Honorio account — the subscription hangs on it and works on every device, apps included.
In your profile, usually under “Subscribe to calendar”, “iCal” or “Sync calendar”. The link starts with https:// or webcal://. Honorio understands both.
No. Once an invoice is finalised its sessions count as billed and won't appear in the next import — even if the periods overlap.
Without an account: on your device, as a plain file you can take with you at any time. With an account, additionally on our server — but encrypted before it leaves your device. The key is derived from your password and never reaches us. We see your e-mail address and timestamps, nothing else.
Then your synced data can only be recovered with the recovery key you receive — printable — when you create the account. We cannot reset it, because we cannot open your data. That is the flip side of the very property that protects it. Whatever is on your devices is unaffected.
Honorio runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS watches — the store launch starts in Austria. Until then you can begin in the browser: same account, same data, on every device.
